Having been in the business for over 45 years, he has a knack for negotiation, budget and timeline estimation. His greatest talent, mustering up extreme motivation from his team. Mitch’s work has been featured in multiple custom home builder magazines, including two covers of Luxe Magazine.
HILARY BURTON
Hilary Burton is the pinnacle of organization and no detail slips through the cracks in managing the Mortar & Beam Team. She’s been in the business for close to two decades, specializing in custom luxury residential projects since day one. She is the controller of finances and manages each project with a meticulous, samurai sword sharp organization. Hilary will be your fierce advocate throughout every aspect and phase of construction.
JIM LYMAN
As Chief Acquisition and Development Manager with Mortar & Beam Construction and Owner’s Representatives, Jim Lyman works to seek out development, commercial and residential projects. As a Project Manager as well, Jim walks each client through the actual build process. In Jim's spare time, you'll find him acing a hole-in-one on the green!
HERMAN LANG
Herman Lang is the go to guy to get things done. He passionately attacks problems and projects--getting things done efficiently and in a manner that leaves nothing for tomorrow. He's thorough in his approach and passionate in his execution. He has been in the industry for over two decades and has also developed outstanding skills and experience in leveraging the talent of people and acting promptly to charge ahead. As a true service oriented individual, he is highly adaptable and has a deep commitment for excellence and service.
GABI LAWSON
With nearly 20 years experience in administration and office management, Gabi is the lady behind the scenes at Mortar & Beam who keeps the data organized and the reporting current. She runs our interactive online software, BuildStar, that tracks invoicing, subcontractor information, plans, bids, specs, and client details for every job.
JOAN AKER
Joni Aker excels at admin administration and office management. She keeps the ship upright and sailing in calm seas. Her experience of over 30 years in managing vendors, subcontractors, and finances, makes her invaluable. She brings a unique skill set, along with her MBA, that adds valuable insight to every project.
