DESIGN

Whether you have plans from you architect ready to build, or are just beginning, Mortar & Beam Construction is an integral part of the design process. We are happy to work with your architect, or assist you in selecting the best in the business for your custom home. We want to work with your architect side by side from the beginning, providing insight and budget management.

FINANCING

Mortar & Beam Construction has relationship with lenders for short-term and long-term financing. Mortgage lenders require accurate estimates and documentation before loan acceptance; Mortar & Beam has an on-staff estimator and accountant to insure all the boxes are ticked.

PERMITS

Mortar & Beam Construction will work hand in hand with your architect to make the permitting process smooth and timely. Having pulled hundreds of permits throughout the years, we can anticipate the items needed for each step in the permit process.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Mortar & Beam Construction employs a full-time administrative staff, including accountant, to manage the construction and documentation needs of your custom home. With the assistance of our proprietary construction management software, Buildstar, you have the power to oversee project progress photos, bids, budgets, and specifications from your own computer.

In addition to administrative staff, Mortar & Beam Construction provides a dedicated superintendent for the entire duration of your home’s construction. Our superintendent is at your job-site every day, insuring that subcontractors are fulfilling specifications to your standard and preventing errors and delays that are common when supervision is not onsite.

MOVE-IN & PUNCH oUT

There are always little details that need attention after moving into your new custom home. Mortar & Beam Construction takes pride in our attention to quality and will stick around until everything has been buttoned up to the highest standards.
