With the help of our proprietary construction management software, Buildstar, you are able to watch the progress of your home construction from near or afar. We pride in our organization and precise documentation. Our “open book” policy gives you the transparency and confidence to have as much involvement in the sub-contractor bidding and selection process as is comfortable. We are always available for site meetings, and will empower you to be part of the decision making on your custom home.

In addition to our management staff, we employ a full-time superintendent and assistant that is assigned to your project. They are on the job-site every day to inspect, manage, and ensure that sub-contractors are fulfilling the job specifications to our standard.

PUNCH-OUT & MOve-IN

There are always little things that need to be buttoned up or made right after move-in. Mortar & Beam Construction has a full-time superintendent and assistant that are highly skilled craftsmen ready and able to provide the touch-ups on details that make all the difference.
