Hilary Burton is the pinnacle of budget and timeline transparency on your home construction project. She’s been in the business for over a decade, specializing in custom luxury home projects since day one. She manages each project with a meticulous and organized approach, making sure every project has all of the back-end paperwork completed. You will enjoy her warm personality as you work with her closely choosing the design for your custom dream home. She will be your advocate throughout your construction project.

JONI AKER

Joni Aker is an extraordinary administration and office manager. She keeps the ship upright and heading in the right direction. Her experience of over 30 years in managing all the intricacies of working with vendors, subcontractors, employees and the many moving parts of Mortar & Beam Construction make her an integral part of the team. She brings a unique skill set, along with her MBA, to add valuable insight into many areas of managing our Mortar & Beam team. Not only is she skilled but she is also a really nice person. GABI LAWSON

With nearly 20 years experience in administration and office management, Gabi is the lady behind the scenes at Mortar & Beam Construction who keeps the data organized and the reporting current. She runs our interactive online software, BuildStar, that tracks all of the invoicing, sub-contractor information, plans, bids, specs, and client details for every job. She helps us keep real-time and accurate estimating and budgeting, so that from start to finish, our clients know that they are in good hands. When she's not at her computer, you might find Gabi on top of a mountain or hiking with her mighty trail dog, a 12-pound chihuahua named Fuzz.
